The ethics hot-line should not be misused by reporting unsubstantiated, unjustified, or fabricated incidents. In such a case, the person responsible may be sanctioned for disturbing working relationships and breach of trust.

In accord with local laws, customs, and courteous behavior, refreshments and gifts of reasonable value may be offered and accepted. Such expenses must not be frequent, excessive, or unreasonable. For purposes of making gifts, items chosen must be related to promotion of the company.

If a gift or activity is disproportionate, frequent, or can be interpreted as a reward for preferential treatment, such conduct is prohibited and violates the Anti-Corruption Policy.

Corrupt conduct can be defined as a promise to give or receive any undue advantage in return for some form of a reward (a bribe). Such a reward need not be financial, but may include information, benefits provided to a third party, contracts or orders issued to cover up unauthorized conduct, issuance of a permit, allowance of a corporate action, etc. Any case of bribery will be dealt with in accord with relevant laws and local labor regulations. If proven guilty, the perpetrator will be held liable for compensation for damages caused and for any damage to the company's good name.

In dealing with actual or potential customers, suppliers, clients, and other business partners, employees and agents acting on behalf of or in the interest of Technistone must act in the best interest of the company without regard to their own personal gain. Situations that could lead to a conflict between personal interest and the interest of the Company must be avoided. The misuse of tangible or intangible property or the Company's name for personal enrichment is prohibited.

Technistone takes care to perform transparent and properly documented accounting, transactions, and handling of property. Falsification of documents, unauthorized payments in the name of the company, and inaccurate recording of transactions in order to conceal their true nature are gross violations of the law.

Technistone works only with customers and business partners whose businesses are funded from legitimate sources and are conducted ethically and transparently. All currently applicable international and domestic laws and regulations regarding the fight against the laundering of the proceeds of crime must be strictly complied with. Any action that by its nature gives rise to suspicion of illegality must be immediately reported to the relevant authorities.

All internal information concerning the company's business and production strategies, pricing policies, supplier and customer relationships, etc. is of vital importance to the company and its misuse can significantly damage the company’s market position.
